Outstanding Quality Supplier Award Presented to TC Communications

In recognition of a flawless product quality and delivery record in 2012, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems has presented TC Communications with a special Supplier Award for Outstanding Quality and Delivery Performance.
Citing TC Communication’s “remarkable 100% quality and 100% on-time delivery performance” in 2012, the award plaque is intended to recognize the efforts of all TC Communications employees and encourage their continued dedication to excellence.
In the letter of commendation that accompanied the plaque, General Atomics emphasized its reliance on critical vendor products like TC Communication’s “to support our customer’s requirements for high quality and on time delivery.”
Kai Liang, TC Communications President, was especially pleased with this award because “General Atomics holds its vendors to very high standards.”
“This award is a pat on the back of every TC employee who routinely puts forth the extra effort needed to maintain TC’s reputation for outstanding customer service and high quality products,” said Mr. Liang.
