Testimonials:

South Carolina's Columbia Metropolitan Airport on TC2100

I am writing this letter to let you know that i am very impressed with the level of support you have given me with the trouble shooting and advance replacement. I am tasked with keeping an access control system running at Columbia Metropolitan Airport in Columbia, SC. I don't have to tell you what that means with current security requirements at our nations airports.

The TC2100 master and slave units that i used for redundant data communications had been working flawlessly for over 5 years. We all know that nothing lasts forever. Two days before the President of the United States flew into our Airport, on of the slave units gave me problems. With the help of the great Tech Support Staff at TC communications, I got the system working well enough to limp along until replacement units could be sent to me.

Since the units I use in my system have been superseded by newer models, the Tech Support staff had to go an extra step and have two units programmed to work with my older system. That is what I call support.

My Tech Support contact, Dean Maravilla, was professional and extremely helpful and is an asset to your company.

Sincerely,
Gary Mccaughey
