Analog, Audio & Data Fiber Optic Multiplexer (4-28 ch)

The TC8000 Analog, Intercom & Data Fiber Optic Multiplexer is a one-of-a-kind multiplexer. It enables users to mix or match Analog, Audio or Intercom channels and RS-232, RS-422 TTL, and Dry Contact interfaces in increments of four up to a maximum of 28 channels.

This analog multiplexer supports analog audio channels from 300Hz to 3.4KHz and asynchronous data up to 19.2Kbps. The intercom interface is for 4-wire voice communication (handsets) & the analog interface is 2/4 wire, 600 Ohm transformer coupled.

Typical applications include linking or extending various analog, audio and intercom devices, (e.g. Frequency Shift Key [FSK] modems & dry contacts. It is also frequently used to provide stable, high quality voice, audio and system reliability between Emergency Radio Dispatch Centers and remote radio transmitters and receivers.
